1. Core Raw Material: Q235 Steel

We adopt advanced spray plastic process for surface treatment, which is superior to traditional painting. Unlike liquid paint that is prone to peeling and fading, spray plastic uses electrostatic technology to attach powder paint, forming a dense protective film after high-temperature curing. It has excellent corrosion resistance, smooth appearance, firm wear resistance and environmental protection (less VOCs), extending product service life.

3. Welding Technology: Carbon Dioxide Welding
We use carbon dioxide (CO₂) welding to ensure structural firmness. As an efficient, low-cost gas-shielded welding method, it isolates air to prevent weld oxidation. With fast speed, deep penetration and uniform formation, it improves production efficiency while ensuring quality. Our professional welders strictly follow specifications, and each weld is inspected to avoid defects.

4. Quality Testing, Warranty and Production Progress
At present, production is in full swing. Our team has formulated a scientific production plan, ensuring orderly progress of cutting, bending, welding, spray plastic and assembly.
